Factions are groups of people who influence the story of Heres. Factions are split into three groups:

  * [[Major Factions]]
  * [[Minor Factions]]

Note that factions are different to [[Families]]; a faction is an organisation of people who aren't necessarily related, families are related by blood or marriage.
